Biography

William (Bill) J. Donhiser, DDS is a pediatric dentist,
entrepreneur, businessman and best selling author
who wishes to help people enjoy good dental and
overall health by avoiding the problems he has seen
in many of his young patients.
Dr. Donhiser received his education from The University of Wyoming
(B.S. with honors), The Medical College of Virginia (D.D.S.), Wright State
University’s Children Medical Center, and University of Indiana (Certificate
in Pediatric Dentistry), and has completed the Executive Management
Program at Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University
in Chicago.
He founded Black Hills Pediatric Dentistry in 1985, now a six-dentist specialty
practice serving the dental needs of children in a five state area. Dr.
Donhiser has been a founding member of two Licensed Specialty Hospitals
and one Outpatient Surgical Center. He has served as Chairman
of the Board of two of these facilities. Bill also is involved in real-estate
development, having built two surgical centers, one professional office
complex and two retail centers.
Currently Dr. Donhiser spends most of his professional time treating children
with Early Childhoods Caries (cavities), who are unable to tolerate
treatment in a dental office, in surgery centers under general anesthesia.
In his leisure time, Dr. Donhiser is a voracious reader and lifelong student.
He enjoys active outdoor sports (snow skiing, hiking, bicycling) and
traveling with his wife and three children.
