Wes is passionate about helping financial institutions refine their vision, connecting that vision with the personal goals of their co-workers. This connection inevitably births new passion within their organizations. It is this passion that taps and expands any organization’s capacity for new, sustainable levels of growth.
Wes entered the financial planning business as an advisor in direct sales in 1987. Within a couple years, he was asked to start a senior benefits division for a national brokerage firm. He led this newly-developed department into becoming a prominent market leader.
Wes Jackson has had the privilege of being the guest speaker for many national and regional groups regarding financial issues. He serves on various professional industry boards and insurance company advisory committees. Wes has written and developed various curricula for sales and continuing education classes, successfully teaching industry Best Practices since 1993.
