Biography
Wendy Lloyd Curley is passionate about candles. She runs her
own business in Australia, selling PartyLite candles, fragrances,
and homewares as an independent consultant since 2005 and as
a leader since 2007. She consistently leads her region in personal
and unit sales and sponsoring, has earned four consecutive incentive trips overseas
for herself and her husband, and has achieved numerous sales excellence awards.
Wendy credits four things for her success as a business owner: her passion for her
product, her willingness to try new things, her continuous quest to learn, and her flair
for networking.
Wendy grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona. She worked in the hospitality industry in both
the US and Australia until she went back to university to earn three degrees: Bachelor
of Science (Arizona State University), MBA (Arizona State University), and Master of
International Management (The American Graduate School of International Management).
She then worked in telecommunications for 10 years before her entrepreneurial
spirit took over. She founded WLC Enterprises in 2005.
Wendy now lives with her family in Sydney, Australia and works as a writer,
