Biography

Vaughn Bethell is a Performance Enhancement Specialist based in Greenville, SC who has worked with many elite-level athletes ranging from high school to the professional ranks as well as over 1000 fitness clients. Many of Vaughn’s athletes have gone on to play at numerous colleges and many professional organizations including: NFL, MLS, WPS, A-League, MISL, NBA, etc.
Bethell attended Furman University – where he earned a degree in Health and Exercise Science, as well as being a four year starter with the soccer team, which was ranked in the Division I Top 20 nationally all four years of his career including an Elite Eight appearance and a number 5 national ranking in 1999.
Born in Nassau, Bahamas and raised in Lakeland, FL, Vaughn was also a starter for the Bahamas National Team that took part in the Germany 2006 and South Africa 2010, World Cup Qualifying competitions.
Backed by a formal education and a lifetime of experience and research, Vaughn and his team of former college and professional athletes not only understand the concepts of human performance, but also the science behind it. Vaughn is constantly studying the latest training and nutritional research in order to continually improve his client’s physical and mental performance. His goal is to help people find the athlete that lies within them no matter what age they are.
