Biography

STUART GROSSMAN is President of College Funding Systems and Grossman & Associates Financial Services, Inc. He has helped hundreds of clients with a wide array of financial services for the last 25+ years.

He grew up in Spokane, graduated from Ferris High School, and earned a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington. Returning home to Spokane after college, he worked in the family business for a number of years before establishing his own financial services practice.

Working in arenas such as college and retirement planning, insurance, and residential and commercial lending, Stuart believes that the only sensible financial plan is one that looks at the big picture, crafting a plan in which all the components of your financial life work together to help achieve your goals in a way that is consistent with your values.

After a lot of research, Stuart began helping clients with college financial aid issues eleven years ago. This service was valuable enough to his clients that he decided seven years ago to expand the reach of his services by conducting workshops. So far, he has conducted over 200 workshops throughout the western United States with over 5,000 people in attendance.

Stuart’s college consulting services adhere to the same holistic philosophy that he brings to all of his clients. In addition to helping you maximize your financial aid, he can help you craft a strategic plan that can help you pay for college without massive debt and without sacrificing retirement savings. Stuart makes his home in the Spokane Valley, where he lives with his wife, Mary Kay (a noted dietician and author), and their children Brent and Elyssa. Stuart also has two adult sons.
