becoming a licensed agent in the state of New York and
receiving the Rookie Of The Year Award his first year.
He has shown consistent growth and productivity and
managed to maintain an increase in sales even as he
transitioned from the New York to the Texas real estate market.
To date, Steven has sold more than 1400 homes and has maintained an
average of 85 homes sold per year. In the last five years, his sales volume
has totaled more than $140 million and he has sold an average of 135
homes per year. This is nearly a 160% growth, which he accomplished in a
turbulent market. He has won multiple real estate awards and become an
expert in negotiations, short sales and relocation services.
Steven attributes his success in real estate among today’s fiercely

traditional real estate agency, he has assembled a diverse staff of real estate

Steven resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and three daughters, and has
focused the majority of his business growth in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.
