Shirley Pheasant

Biography

Shirley Pheasant is a native of London, England and became a
Realtor in the United States in 2002. After finishing as Top Producer
of her office in her first two years, she went on to pass her
Broker exams in 2004. Her previous experience from the UK as
an Information Technology Manager, with major emphasis on building and training a
financial computer network, provided essential insights into the progress and growth
of real estate on the Internet: a skill which has helped her embrace technology to push
her business forward.
In May 2007 Shirley purchased a Century 21 franchise, Professional Realty in New
Port Richey, Florida, and now runs a thriving real estate concern, which boasts specialists
in Commercial, Investment, Residential and Property Management.
She is a dedicated member of the BNI Outlook To Success chapter in New Port Richey,
Florida, has served as Vice-President on two occasions and now assists the BNI West
Central Florida Director Team with Chapter Starts and Visitor Days. Shirley became a
member of The Greater New Port Richey Main Street organization in 2008 and now
serves on their Board of Directors, as Chair of the Economic Restructuring Team and
Chair of the Business Owners Association. In her role as a Real Estate Broker and a
member of the West Pasco Board of Realtors, Shirley also serves as Co-Chair for the
Civic Affairs Committee.
