Shawn Culhane is a Real Estate Broker and team leader
who specializes in the sale of all residential property,
including luxury and waterfront properties. Shawn’s
background includes experience in the construction and
engineering fields – which allows him to see things from
a different perspective than most agents, while leading a team of marketing
specialists.
Shawn is one of Texas’ top real estate agents with almost $60M in sales
volume from 170 homes in 2014, with plans for over 300 sales in 2015. This
ranks him well within the top 1% of all agents locally and nationwide. He
was named one of REALTOR® Magazine’s “30 under 30” award recipients
for 2013, a one-time national level award from the National Association of
Realtors. In addition, he is a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and holds
