Biography

Scott Adamson was born in a small town in Northeast Colorado. After graduating from Colorado State University with a Bachelors of Education degree he had a one year internship in Chicago working at the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

He then joined the family business in Northeast Colorado which included commercial cattle feeding operation, a small farm and ranch, trucking and a composting business.

He was very involved in the state and national cattle organizations and the state and national politics. During those years he was elected as the youngest president of the Colorado Cattle Feeders Association (It’s now the Colorado Livestock Association), was a member of the Central Yuma Groundwater Management District, and a 9 year member of the local Volunteer Fire Department.

In 1998 he decided to leave agriculture and venture Phoenix Arizona where he worked as a Senior Investment Representative for BankOne which is now Chase.

In 2003 he came across the book The Infinite Banking System by Nelson Nash. He immediately knew that was what he wanted to do as a career and the rest is history.

Through Nelson he met Pamela Yellen the creator of Bank on Yourself and has been an Authorized Bank On Yourself Advisor since then.

When I came across this concept I understood it completely and immediately knew it was the way to help anyone and everyone become more financially secure.

I’ve been very fortunate over the last 10 years to be able to help a lot of people who started out as clients and now are friends.
