Biography

Sarita Dua is a top producing real estate agent in the Portland metro area. Sarita has built a name for herself in her local community by delivering outstanding customer service. Her business is based on referrals and repeat business, with over 85% of her business coming from referrals in 2012 to date. She is known for her negotiation skills and actively teaches courses in her office and mentors new agents.

With over nine years of real estate experience and an additional 14 years of experience in high-tech sales, marketing and business development, Sarita has excelled among the top 10 percent of producers since her first year as a Realtor. Sarita also boasts a robust repertoire of designations and distinctions, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Earth Advantage’s Sustainability Training for Accredited Real Estate Professionals (S.T.A.R.), all of which translates to exceptional results for her clients.

Sarita holds an MBA from Boston University (Boston, Massachusetts) in Entrepreneurial Management and a Bachelors of Science from Kettering University (Flint, Michigan) in Electrical Engineering.

A resident of the Irvington neighborhood in Northeast Portland, Sarita’s interests include travel, photography, NBA basketball, gadgets and walking. She loves spending time with her husband, Bhupesh, and her daughter Sejal (13) and her son Rahul (11).
Sarita’s passions include the Alzheimers Association and empowering girls to excel in math and science.
