Sandy Olson is the Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Results in Frederick, Maryland. She helps Realtors build their business by showing them how to become small business owners under the global network of RE/MAX. Sandy believes that professionalism, full time commitment and an emphasis on customer service is what
makes a real estate office a success and stand out in the crowd. Sandy is committed to training and facilitates several training sessions throughout the year in her office. She is committed to her agents and grew her office from 3 agents in 2004 to over 100 agents and two offices today. She did this during one of the worst recessions and real estate markets in history.
Sandy graduated with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD and graduated from Sandler Sales Institute in Rockville, MD. She holds several real estate-related designations; GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) which is a four week intensive program covering all aspects of real estate; she is a Certified Residential Broker (CRB) which requires additional broker training emphasizing business development and management, she has also earned the Certified Negotiation Expert Designation. She is a certified Buffini Mentor so is able to train her agents with a Peak Producer’s program.
Sandy has earned the Merit Award from her local Association of Realtors and has served on the Board of Directors and as President in 2010-2011. She earned the RE/ MAX Maryland Outstanding Brokerage of the Year in 2009, RE/MAX Central Atlantic Brokerage of the Year Award for 2014 and numerous awards year after year for office production.
