Rodney has an extensive background and reputation in new home sales as a top Sales Counselor and Sales Manager for local and national home builders. Rodney has won numerous awards and accolades within the industry and teaches action-pack classes for new and seasoned Realtors on “How to Deal Effectively with Homebuilders.” He focused on all aspects of the process including effectively negotiating the best deal for their clients.

Rodney severed on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Southwest which is made up of top producers. This dynamic ‘board of directors’ is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable thus allowing them to tailor their strategies to thrive in all stages of the market.

Prior to his carrier in Real Estate he founded a technology company that developed web based, electronic coupon infrastructure of which was later acquired by a public traded company.
