Biography

Bob Eberle has been in the real estate industry for over 26 years. He worked with over 1,200 transactions, with more than 500 of them as a principal. These transactions included foreclosure purchases, owner financing, lease options, situations of collateral and much more.

Bob’s real estate career started out in the commercial field. He has more than 9 years experience in the retail marketing/real estate division at Getty Petroleum Corp.
The he started a career as a real estate investor. Bob flipped houses for 13+ years. In 2006 he was a finalist to star on “Flip This House”, A & E’s hit television show. Bob then became the President and co-Founder of the New York State Real Estate Investors Association.

He is currently a licensed principal broker of The Real Estate Experts located in upstate New York. Prior to starting his own real estate firm, Bob was a mega agent at Keller Williams, running the Eberle Team for over four years.
Bob has long been known as an expert in the field of real estate. He has been interviewed and featured in many local and national magazine and newspaper articles, been a guest on several radio shows and Internet programs. He has also been featured on television including segments as a guest expert on the topic of real estate for YNN News Channel 9 Time Warner TV, and WTEN News Channel 10.
