Biography

Rick Wallace is a successful businessman with over 30 years of experience.
He has held leadership and executive positions in sales,
sales management, corporate training, product management and
marketing at two Fortune 1000 companies..
Rick was a member of the Executive Management Team that built a $40 million
domestic manufacturer into a global company whose revenues almost tripled. This
team, managed as a private company, sold it to a public corporation and then completed
their own management buyout in 2000.
In his former career, he has spoken all over the US, Europe and even Japan. Since
2008, he has presented to over 800 small business owners across the country and
has worked directly with over 40 business owners and their teams in six states and
Canada – to implement the programs and plans and build businesses that worked for
them vs. relying on them to work. Businesses that execute.
He was awarded the Amherst Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Advocate
Award for 2008. He is on the coaching steering committees at both the University
of Buffalo’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and Canisius College’s Women’s
Business Center.
