Biography

Rick Geha began his real estate career at 22 years old,
on May 5, 1980. He immediately began part-time sales
at his Uncle’s small independent in Fremont, California.
He was working in his mom’s restaurant and at Fed Ex,
along with selling real estate part time.
In 1987, he went full time, quitting everything else, as he was selling more
part-time than everyone else in his office was selling full time. By 1989, he
was in the top 1% of the Southern Alameda County Board of Realtors.
In 1993, he left the family-owned business and went to work for a small
office of 20 agents, one of 21 offices of a large independent. He was a ‘Selling
Manager.’ He grew that office, which eventually became a CENTURY
21, to over 100 agents, while still being one of the top 10 producers in
Fremont. That CENTURY 21 Office, was recognized as NUMBER 2 in VOLUME
CLOSED, WORLDWIDE for CENTURY 21 in 1999 and 2000, and was #6 in
UNITS CLOSED. In 2001, that office was changed to a Coldwell Banker, and
he set out to look for a new home.
Loving the CULTURE and the Training and Education supplied by the company,
Rick fell in love with, and joined Keller Williams Realty. That was November
of 2001. Today, a little over 9 years later, he is part owner of 6 Keller
Williams Realty Franchises in Northern California, and is the Operating Principal
of 4 of them. He still sells as part of the Rick Geha Real Estate Team,
mostly playing the role of the Lead Generator. His Team closed about $29
Million in ‘09 and $27 Million in ‘10.
It was at Keller Williams he discovered his passion for speaking, training
and facilitating. He regularly emcees 7 to 10 non-profit events per year, and
now does almost 100 (1-day) seminars around the US and Canada for Keller
Williams, along with KEYNOTE speeches for companies and corporations of
all kinds, and has recently completed his first motivational and inspirational
CD. He brings over 30 years of real estate experience and passion to his
speaking.
