Biography

Rick L. Appelt is currently an author, professional consultant, speaker and mentor. Holding masters degrees in both Construction Management & Technology and Project Management, he has been a leader in the large construction industry ranging in scope from semiconductor, industrial, manufacturing, commercial, government, hospitality, airport, civil and transportation industries. During his career he was known as a clean room guru building semiconductor and biotech clean room facilities around the world for such high-tech companies as Motorola, Intel, Texas Instruments, Samsung and many others.
During his career Rick spent rewarding time as a university speaker and a college recruiter. He continues to mentor young college graduates entering the workforce.
Opportunities in private business through operations as president and business owner have afforded Rick the opportunity to give back. His successful journey now allows him to do speaking engagements, mentoring and training, construction consulting, professional contracting, and also writing. He trains managers and also mentors entrepreneurs for improved operations in small business.
