Biography
Ralph Thompson has been the owner of several businesses in differing fields to include Heavy Equipment Training, Restaurants and Car Sales. He has also spent portions of his career in new product development engineering and has dedicated over 20 years in the Air Force Reserve Command where he has deployed in support of several operations, including the most recent deployment to Afghanistan. His successes during his career in the military has resulted in many decorations and honors primarily due to the high performance of his units.
The majority of his career in the civilian and military sectors has been in the development of personnel and preparing them for success in high stress fields that require working in dangerous conditions, or where a high attention to detail is mandatory. Properly preparing these individuals has led to many mission successes and improvement to bottom lines.
