As the founder and Chief Engagement Officer of Harvest Global Resources, Rajiv Mathews George enjoys a growing reputation as a top executive performance coach, sales strategist and mentor coach. The Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based company’s mission is to help their clients achieve more and realize their goals through high-level coaching, expert mentoring and advanced training.
Charismatic and committed with a passion to help both individual leaders and teams achieve personal, professional and business success, Rajiv show his clients how to amplify their natural strengths while removing the ceiling of limitations. He works as a coach full-time, specializing in sales coaching, leadership coaching and inner game coaching. With over 15 years of global leadership experience in the corporate & business worlds, he combines high-level, real-world understanding with the most innovative and productive coaching models to help clients throughout the South East Asian region find and implement sustainable solutions.
Rajiv earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Kerala, India, and a Bachelor in Business from Wartburg College in the U.S. state of Iowa. He launched his career in San Jose, California, first as a sales intern and then as a sales account manager and later served as a General Manager for Rubber Development, Inc. an Iowa-based manufacturer specializing in polymer based OEM products, and as Vice President of Daniel International, a Chicago, Illinois-based mergers and acquisitions firm. His expertise grew to include sales leadership, business development and international business
Rajiv has over 2,500 hours of hands-on experience in executive, group and team coaching for clients from industries including Banking and Financial Services, Telco, FMCG, Hospitality, Government and more. He has been accredited as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) under the International Coach Federation USA (ICF), is an ICF-ACTP licensed coach facilitator for coaching skills workshops with Corporate Coach Academy, and serves as a director for the UK-based International Coaching & Leadership Institute (ILCi). He is a member of the Asia Pacific Association of Coaches as well as the founding member of ICF Malaysia, the leading organization for professional coaches in the area.
Rajiv also works as a mentor coach for certified coaches in leading organizations and private practices throughout the Asian region, and launched the Win Daily Coaching Clinic to help sales teams boost performance.
Rajiv is a contributing writer for the book, Pathway to Riches in Think and Grow Rich, which was published by the Napoleon Hill Foundation in 2011, and has been listed in the International Who’s Who among Professionals since 1995.
