She lived in Los Angeles for 17 years and administered fitness assessments for the Los Angeles Lakers, the Los Angeles Sparks, the Los Angeles Ice Dogs, and competitors for the Ultimate Fighting Championship, and the Los Angeles Fire Department. She continues to work for various major professional sports teams and athletes on a contracted basis.

In Los Angeles, she also worked as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist on weekends and per diem for the cardiac rehabilitation programs at leading hospitals within the Los Angeles area. She would design and implement individual and group programs for heart and lung transplantation patients, coronary valve repair/replacement, angioplasty, and coronary bypass graft patients to measurably increase their quality of life, their fitness abilities, and their independence.

She has seen a wide range of individuals struggle with the ability to reclaim their body, their health, and their closets as well as witness a deep desire to take their athleticism to new levels. Pamela has helped them to not only accomplish their goals, but to actually supersede their initial expectations exponentially in a very short period of time.

Pamela and her husband, Hamilton, have partnered together to open Carolina Family Fitness in Seneca, South Carolina in order to help local athletes, overweight, obese youth as well as their moms, dads, and grandparents to get strong, lean and healthy.
