Oksana Mazourik is an international marketing and sales expert who has been connecting people and products together across the globe. Oksana is a great enthusiast for creating new ideas and concepts and bringing them to market. Her entrepreneurial family background taught her to always think outside the box
for finding the best solution. Hence, the art of growing companies and creating new businesses comes naturally to Oksana.
Using her multicultural understanding and linguistic knowledge of French, English, German and Russian, Oksana started her career as relationship manager at InterMedService. Oksana organized media events, press conferences and coordinated medical service activities for International VIP clients in Switzerland, Europe, Russia and Japan.
Thereafter, Oksana continued her career building and managing accounts as Export Manager at SANKOM (www.sankom.com). She successfully helped bring new innovative health and beauty products to market in over 90 countries worldwide, generating multi-million dollar turnovers and winning a series of awards. The international scope of the business took Oksana across many countries in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America.
Having gained extensive sales and marketing experience, Oksana took the challenge to the next level as Vice-President at SANKOM. As Vice-President, Oksana’s core focus was new business development and overseeing international sales activities. Oksana set-up a Homeshopping and Direct TV division within SANKOM, and established TV sales in 20+ countries internationally, for a wide variety of different products. Having successfully put this division on a profitable and independently operational level, Oksana’s new focus was to launch a premium body shapewear brand for retail, Avevitta (www.avevitta.com).
Starting from ground level, Oksana and her team worked on negotiating supply and distribution agreements, developing a brand-positioning strategy, product packaging, product sales policies and a unique marketing approach as well as the overall business plan. As a result, they launched Avevitta within 3 months on the market, opened a show room and own-brand store with 300+ products.
Oksana holds a Bachelor in Finance and Media from Webster University in Geneva, Switzerland and an MBA in Management from the Swiss Business School in Zurich, Switzerland. She has also completed executive courses Harvard University, Boston, USA. Oksana holds several utility patents, which are successfully sold and marketed worldwide.
Fashion and design has always been one of Oksana’s passions. As a hobby, she had designed clothes for personal wear, but with her passion for new business development, this hobby soon transformed into an International Luxury Womenswear brand, Ana Azur (www.ana-azur.com).
