Nik Herold created Ambition Fitness, now Brik Fitness, in 2007
to provide an alternative to health clubs that do not help their
clients reach their goals with PERMANENT solutions for a fit and
healthy body. With workouts that are fun and easy to follow (and
without fads or crash diets), Brik Fitness specializes in helping
real people with busy lives reach their fitness goals.
Nik has appeared on CBS’ The Doctors, and his work has been featured on ESPN,
NBC’s Today Show, NBC’s Biggest Loser, Southbay Magazine and the LA Times. His
resume includes: pre and post natal certified coach, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist, Russian Kettlebell Certification, head fitness coach for Cenegenics
Medical Institute in Beverly Hills/Redondo Beach, former head fitness coach for Dr. Murad’s
Inclusive Health Center in El Segundo and was named Results Fitness Business
Owner of the Year in 2010 and 2011. The Daily Breeze awarded then-named Ambition
Fitness as having the “South Bay’s Best Bootcamp” in 2010 and 2011
