Nancy Coutu
Biography
Nancy Coutu is a principal of Money Managers Financial Group, an independent financial planning firm. They are FINRA Registered Representatives with GF Investment Services, LLC., a Broker-Dealer in Sarasota, Florida. Nancy is fully licensed as a General Securities Broker and Registered Principal. She is also licensed agents for the sales of Life, Disability, Medical, and Long-Term Care Insurance, as well as, Fixed, Variable and Fixed-Indexed Annuities.
Nancy Coutu entered the Financial Planning Industry in 1981 as a Registered Representative with American Express Investment Advisors. She was also an agent for IDS Life Insurance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Express. After hiring and training one of the top Districts, Nancy left American Express to start her own independent financial planning firm.
Nancy appeared on WGN’s “People to People”, CNBC, FOX News and most of the local TV News programs. She has been quoted in “Kiplinger’s Personal Finance Magazine”, “Woman’s Day Magazine”,“The LA Times”; and is often quoted in the “Chicago Tribune”, “The Daily Herald” and various other publications. Nancy’s other honors include a nomination for the prestigious “NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) New Venture Award” and Small Business recognition awards.
She, along with her partner John, have presented numerous educational seminars to employees of AT&T, Jewel/Osco (Supervalu), McDonalds and Motorola and are actively engaged in continuing education in the financial planning industry. Both are also members of the DuPage Estate Planning Council.
