Biography
Managing Attorney and Senior Litigator
Michael D. Ponce is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by
the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education,
and Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National
Board of Trial Advocacy. He’s also a member of the American
Bar Association, the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Trial Lawyers
Association, American Association for Justice.
Mr. Ponce is a former clerk to Hon. Judge John Wisdom, U.S. Court of Appeals
(5th Cir.). He received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Tulane University
in New Orleans. He also has an MBA and a BS from Suffolk University
in Boston.
