Biography
Matthew Sipera is a licensed realtor in Georgia and Florida, who
has multiple years experience working with sellers, buyers and
investors in and around the Atlanta Metro area. Matthew is a Certified
Distress Property Expert (CDPE) who has successfully sold
and bought more than 100 short sale homes. His core values are
respect for his client’s needs, good communication and excellent customer service, all
of which has made him a successful realtor. Matthew’s business and life philosophy
is one and the same—to treat people with integrity and respect, and value their time.
Matthew has a master’s degree from the University of Central Florida, where he
graduated among the top 5 percent of his class. He began to invest in real estate and
became a licensed realtor in 2005. Matthew is also an entrepreneur who built a large
international distribution company in the mid 1990s. He’s a member of the 400 North
Board of Realtors and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
