Biography
Marty Coates is President and Senior Consultant of Coates and Associates, Inc., a consulting, training and speaking firm he started in 1992. He has presented keynote speeches and conference training to groups in many foreign countries and all across the United States. Marty has led a number of companies during his
twenty-five year career, to include serving as CEO of FirstChoice Healthcare, PC.
He is co-founder of Waymaker Learning Corporation. Marty produces and writes his online blog, “The Coates Perspective,” where he discusses current business and social issues.
Marty is a Best-Selling co-author of the book entitled, Think and Grow Rich Today. He has authored a number of other books to include, The Waymaker Principles… Eight Principles to Living a Meaningful Life, Race to The Finish Line and the national award-winning work entitled Roadmap To Quality.
