Biography

Mark Torok is the “Master of Real Estate Investing.” He
began his legal career in Washington in 1983 and is licensed
to practice law in Texas and Pennsylvania as
well. He’s the founder of The Torok Law Firm PC, a law
firm dedicated to representing real estate investors
and small-business owners, and creating innovative,
unique legal solutions for his clients in real estate, securities, estate planning,
and protecting and preserving their wealth and assets. He and his
firm have been involved in more than 700 transactions/closings in the
past two years (the vast majority using non-traditional, creative financing
techniques), and he represents some of the largest investors in Texas
and throughout the United States. He’s an active real estate investor and
currently owns close to 800 units of various types in and around Texas.
He holds a real estate salesperson’s license, state bar admissions, an escrow
officer license, and has a close relationship with Providence Title Co.,
which provides superior tile services. He has been an administrative law
judge, represented a national trade association, and has been securities
counsel and compliance officer for several companies.
He’s also a principal in Torok Law Education Co., a firm dedicated to guiding
investors through the world of real estate investing and asset protection,
with classes and training products covering the legal side of real estate
investments.
Mark is an active speaker throughout the United States and has presented
seminars, boot camps, and talks on real estate, asset protection and federal
and state laws, including mortgage assignment, lease options, contract for
deed, the SAFE Act, the MARS Act, Dodd-Frank, Garn-St. Germain, and the
myths (and truths) about other guru’s programs.
