Mark Kunce

Biography

Mark Kunce grew up in a family involved in Real Estate Sales
and Development and has over 30 years of Real Estate experience.
He has been interviewed on the Michael Gerber Show and
appeared on NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox affiliates. Mark conducts
monthly Millionaire Real Estate Investment Seminars. He has assisted hundreds of
investors to achieve their Real Estate Investment goals.
Mark is a Realtor and head of the REO Division at Keller Williams, San Diego Metro.
He works closely with Financial Clients (banks, investment funds, and private investors)
concerning the disposition of their distressed asset portfolios in order to minimize loss
and maximize profitability. Currently his main focus is on group investments, syndications
and creating investment opportunities for proactive as well as passive investors.
Having proudly served our Country as a United States Marine, he mastered discipline,
leadership, organizational skills, and the mental toughness that is often required in
Real Estate. Mark has a Masters of Education degree and has applied his teaching
skills in the United States, Japan, and Mexico. He is dedicated to education and
regularly conducts seminars, participates on panels, and speaks on numerous Real
Estate related topics. He conveys outstanding knowledge, understanding, strength,
and professionalism in representing your investment interests.
