Lucretia Pinnock

Biography

Lucretia Pinnock believes in the value of real estate and is passionate
about helping her clients. Lucretia was born in western
Oklahoma, and her work ethic was taught by the example of the
generations of a hard-working family whose family history includes
the pioneers who settled Oklahoma in the days of the land
rush and then survived the Dust Bowl of the 1930s. Her family history also included
records showing that her ancestors in Wake County, North Carolina, were some of the
official witnesses for land sales. It seems that real estate was in her blood!
After moving to the beautiful Pinehurst and Southern Pines areas of North Carolina as
an Army wife, Lucretia began her real estate career in 1984. Having moved her family
dozens of times across the country as well as internationally, Lucretia had lived the
relocation process and wanted to make the way smoother for others. Thus began her
almost 30 years of serving, providing resources, and being a housing “matchmaker”
for hundreds of people.
Real estate education and professionalism are top priorities for Lucretia. She was
president of her local realtor association as well as Realtor of the Year in 2003. She is
currently listed on Barbara Corcoran’s International Real Estate Network, Inner Circle;
is an Endorsed Local Provider for Dave Ramsey; and has earned several real estate
designations, such as ABR, CDPE and CIAS.
Lucretia is a member of the Pinehurst Southern Pines Association of Realtors, the
Fayetteville Association of Realtors and the National Association Realtors. She’s the
owner/president of Pinnock Real Estate & Relocation Services Inc., as well as the
mother of three daughters, Marci Houseman, Melodi Knudson and Morgen Reynolds;
and grandmother to Carina, Lindsey, Ben and Luke Houseman; Caroline Knudson; and
Isaac, Lucretia (Lucy) and Emma Reynolds.
