Linda is in the process of launching a new company, Kizmet, which focuses on personal development. During her years as a corporate consultant, she realized that the people who were really successful and leading joyous lives were the people who knew who they were and what they needed in order to live a fulfilled life. The people who were unhappy and unfulfilled were those that did not know themselves well and were controlled by the demands placed on them by others. They gave their life to others, without thoughts, and never realized their potential or enjoyed the benefits of living their life their way.
She decided to dedicate the balance of her life to helping individuals and not just organizations. Organizations are people. However in consulting with organizations the focus is on the process, more than the people. In this new focus, Linda is sharing different ideas and perspectives with individuals. In doing so, Linda believes that she can ultimately impact more individuals, as well as their families, businesses and communities.
