Biography

Linda Drake is a seasoned entrepreneur, corporate executive and certified transformational business coach. As the Chief Pathfinder and Founder of Trailblazer Advisors, Ms. Drake brings insight to opportunities in the business environment by coaching for entrepreneurial and team success. Success Journeys, uses the most incisive tools for client self-awareness guiding the client in any stage of the business lifecycle. Linda’s scope and experience is broad, but concentration on the client is narrow…her laser-focused coaching achieves maximum results!
Linda was the founder of a global information services company headquartered on the east coast. For 25 years, the company provided international business process outsourcing for customer service, database management and quality assurance to Fortune 100 corporations. The company, winner of the State Quality Award, achieved ISO 9001 registration, the first company of its kind to do so worldwide. A certified woman-owned business, the company also received the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.
Ms. Drake is the recipient of numerous state and national awards, including Entrepreneurial Woman of the Year, the Philadelphia Business Journal Women of Distinction Award, Ernst & Young’s Delaware Valley Entrepreneur of the Year, and the coveted Pioneer Award from PACE, the Professional Association for Customer Engagement. Ms. Drake also won the Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) Member of the Year Award for leadership as Membership Chair. As a networking early adopter, Linda founded a women’s professional organization still in existence after 30 years. For her efforts, she was awarded the Alliance of Professional Women’s Trailblazer Award for leadership in the state.
Ms. Drake served for 12 years on the Board of Directors for a publicly-traded financial institution. Ms. Drake served for 15 years on the Board of the State Chamber and 6 years on the Board of the Breast Cancer Coalition where she chaired the Strategic Planning Committee. Ms. Drake was the Founding Co-Chairman of “Advocates of Hope” Conferences, which in concert with the State Chamber of Commerce, raised awareness in the workplace about the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and post- treatment counseling for issues involving cancer. Ms. Drake also chaired the Top Corporations Selection Panel for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Ms. Drake actively supports professional organizations including the International Coaching Federation, Chambers of Commerce, the National Association of Women Business Owners and the EWomen Network.
Linda graduated magna cum laude from Kent State University with a B.S. in Education, and continued graduate studies in Communications at the University of Massachusetts. She is a breast cancer survivor and the proud mother of two fine sons.
