Biography

L. Aynn Daniels, M.Ed., CPM is a life coach, personal and organizational
development trainer, consultant, writer, blogger and entrepreneur.

your passion and designing your destiny. She conducts live workshops through
her coaching company, Increasing Your Awareness. Her personal development model,
The Twelve Commitments for Success is a practical and inspiring workshop that helps
individuals to manage personal change, develop hardiness and resiliency, and learn the
“power of arrival” in their personal and professional lives. Aynn’s definition of success
is best expressed in the biblical verse from Proverbs 3:5-6 – “Trust in the LORD with all
your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge
Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
Aynn is a member of the International Association of Risk and Compliance Professionals,
and the National Association of Professional Women. She serves as consultant
to several universities, secondary schools, community based, and health–human
service agencies and has conducted over 500 seminars and workshops on personal
and organizational development.
Aynn is a regular contributor to the online, international magazine The Life Skills Magazine.
As a Certified Project Manager (CPM), Aynn is President and CEO of her own
administrative consulting firm (LIANDA Consulting Group, Inc./DBA: LIANDA Resource
Solutions) where she and her team provide project and operations management, grant
writing/management, resource development, internal controls-compliance, and business

Medicine at the prestigious Wake Forest University School of Medicine for 25
years. She has been an adjunct instructor with Pfeiffer University teaching in the dual
degree Master of Business Administration/Master of Health Administration (MBA/MHA)
program, and the Master of Science in Organizational Management (MSOM) program.
Aynn is completing a book entitled, “Roger Fromwell and His Threefold Destiny.” This
is an inspiring fable about a young man who leaves home looking for love, luxury, and
leadership. Upon his return he learns powerful and practical lessons about discovering
his purpose, defining his passion, and designing his destiny.
