Biography

Kirk Manzo, CSP, is the Owner and Founder of The Manzo Group, a firm that specializes in working with automotive dealerships on Sales, Sales Management and F&I Management to increase profitability.

Sales success and leadership are about influence.

The ability to cooperate with others determines your success. In other words, “How well do you play with the other children?”

Performance-based occupations, like sales, often seduce us into believing that success is measured by our ability to “will” (code for “intimidate”) a prospect or team member into cooperation. You can achieve greater influence with your team members through specific communication principles that pull people up, rather than push people around.

As a John Maxwell Certified Trainer and Coach, I can guide you and your team through Maxwell’s programs on communication, self-growth and leadership. I have successfully trained and coached individuals and organizations to achieve their sales objectives in my more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience in various industries, including healthcare, building materials, and retail automotive.

Since becoming an independent trainer and consultant in ‘02, my straightforward and practical approach has produced immediate and lasting results for clients. My Spanish-speaking clients in Puerto Rico and Latin America find my bilingual skills invaluable. I am a member of the National Speakers Association and hold the professional designation of Certified Speaking Professional (CSP). Established in 1980, the CSP is the speaking industry’s highest earned designation. Fewer than 10 percent of the more than 5,000 members of the Global Speakers Federation earn this certification. I am also a professional member of the American Society of Training and Development, and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC USA).
