Biography

Nurtured by an entrepreneurial family, Kimberly Moore gained business acumen early in life. A 6,000 square foot convenience store with full-service deli and gas station became her first enterprise. To add to this experience, she acquired a computer science degree followed by a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Most recently Kimberly earned a professional designation as a Certified Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor.

When Kimberly located to Colorado in 1989, she saw a need to provide small growing companies and entrepreneurs with space and back office support services in Class-A office buildings. She founded Executive Systems, a 5,500 square foot office business center. She also offered clients outsourced services such as financial and marketing strategies. During her years as CEO of Executive Systems, Kimberly proved to be an industry innovator through her use of unique telecom applications. She became an early adopter of communication technologies for the benefit of her clients, who found her solutions highly lucrative in payroll savings, operational efficiencies and increased revenue opportunities.

She expanded her available office space to 37,000 square feet in four locations and grew the company into a profitable business that produced over $1 million in annual revenues. In 2008, she sold that business, but returned in 2010, eager for the challenge to build it again.

Drawing on the skills she developed to successfully run an office business center, coupled with her education in telecom, technology and business management put her in a unique position to provide guidance to other small business owners. Her sharp mind gives her the ability to quickly evaluate business operations, systems and processes. She can then recommend re-alignments to create greater efficiencies and ultimately greater profits in many small to medium sized businesses. As an industry expert, she can provide valuations and intermediary services to match commercial buyers and sellers, to provide site location services as well as expansion and merger opportunities. Kimberly offers turn-around and consulting services to prepare business owners for acquisition and/or to establish a more profitable position for continued ownership.

Kimberly is a member and participates in many local and global industry organizations including Office Business Center Association International, Alliance Business Center Network, Global Office Network, Colorado Springs Executive Association, Peak Venture Group and Keep Colorado Springs Beautiful, a local “branch” of Keep America Beautiful.
