Kevin Clancy has been licensed to sell real estate since he was
18. He has a degree in marketing from Siena College and an MBA
from the State University of New York at Albany. Clancy has spent
the last two decades working as a state certified real estate appraiser
and real estate broker. He has personally been involved
in an estimated 10,000 real estate transactions during that time period, both as an
expert consultant and real estate broker. Currently, he heads a top team of real estate
agents specializing in selling tough to sell homes with innovative marketing techniques.
