Kellee Beth Spillman, CEO/ REO Director/Broker of Reliable Realty Inc., is a leader in the ever- changing Real Estate Industry. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker with extensive knowledge in foreclosures, REO dispositions and short sale negotiations. Since joining Reliable Realty Inc, Kellee Spillman has been instrumental
in expanding the company and establishing its reputation as one of the top Bank- Owned Foreclosure Brokerages in California. In 2005, Kellee was made partner/ President at Reliable Realty. She bought out her partner in 2010 and is now sole owner of Reliable Realty.
Kellee’s outside sales career began in 1984, but was introduced to the Real Estate Industry in 1992 when she took a position with Orange Coast Title as District Sales Manager. In 1997, Kellee received the Prestigious Sales Person of the Year Award and was then recruited by Home Life Real Estate in Moreno Valley as Sales Manager and Marketing Director for five Home Life Offices. Kellee was responsible for leading Home Life out of the red and making it the most profitable branch within the Home Life Franchise network. In 1999, Kellee was recruited by Reliable Realty Inc. located in Murrieta, CA where she practiced Real Estate and became proficient at loans. In 2005, Kellee earned her Broker’s license. In 2006, Kellee started Reliable Property Management. Kellee continues to rapidly expand her successful Real Estate Brokerage and develop cutting-edge techniques in the field.
Kellee attended MSJC where she received her AS degree in Business then was accepted to University of Redlands School of Business where she received her Bachelor Degree in Business & Management.
In addition to the many organizations in which Kellee is involved, she regularly speaks at public forums and workshops. Such experiences include MT. SAJ, NAHREP-LA, NAHREP-IE. Kellee has recently been asked to speak regarding leadership at the University of Redlands. She most recently served as Master of Ceremonies for the NAHREP- LA Installation dinner and recently served as moderator at a REO commercial roundtable event. She has also taught numerous Real Estate classes at Mt. San Jacinto College and has been asked to apply as an instructor. She currently serves on the Real Estate Instruction advisory committee at MSJC. Kellee has sat on numerous committees including the REOMAC Sponsorship Committee. Kellee has sat on the board for the MBA and currently sits on the Board of Directors for NAHREP-IE as VP of Corporate Affairs. Kellee has developed very strong professional relationships – which have propelled her to become a leader in the Real Estate world.

On a personal level, Kellee is committed to community service such as feeding the homeless through Project Touch in Temecula, CA, an organization benefiting local homeless families. In 2010 Kellee was the recipient of the Presidents Volunteer Service Award.
