Julia Knight is a Personal Trainer based in Nottingham, England. She is the proprietor of Fit-Nav Personal Training which offers one-to-one sessions as well as local bootcamps.

Julia specialises in weight loss, calling on her personal experience of dealing with the associated problems of obesity, and has a level three qualification in Weight Management and Nutrition. She holds a Diploma in Personal Training, is an Advanced Fitness Instructor, Kettlebell Instructor, Thump boxing instructor, holds additional qualifications in Active Ageing and is a Biomechanics Coach.

In her spare time, Julia practices the martial art of Shindo Jinen Ryu, and is also a keen drummer. Her ambition is to continue building on the ever-growing reputation of Fit-Nav and to help more and more people to see that changing their body shape and fitness levels are within everyone’s reach, with the right guidance.
