Joy Deevy is an experienced real estate agent and has earned the #1 individual real estate agent ranking in home sales for Coldwell Banker from 2006 through 2010. She was also a part of the #1 Team for Homes Sold in 2011. With over ten years of experience in the real estate industry, Joy is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and has her Certified Home Selling Advisor (CHSA) designation from the National Association of Expert Advisors.
She is also among the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents in the entire nation. Joy has sold over 400 homes and more than $200 million in residential real estate in her career.
Joy currently lives in Northern Virginia with her husband Tom and their two children.
