Jim Conrad

Biography

Jim Conrad, president of Conrad Financial Services, has helped
more than 200 clients grow their wealth without the risk, worry
or volatility of stocks, real estate, and other investments; achieve
financial security; and reach their short- and long-term personal
and financial goals and dreams.
Jim has put his clients on track to building more than $100 million of additional
wealth they would most likely not have had otherwise, through safe, proven financial
strategies. That’s why his clients think of him as their “secret weapon,” helping them
build and safeguard their wealth.
One of only 200 life insurance agents in the country who have successfully completed
the rigorous training program and continuing education required to become Bank
On Yourself Authorized, Jim has been a financial services professional for over 11
years. Jim holds a Masters degree in business administration and finance from Lewis
University, and he is also a member of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors (CSA)®.
Jim and his wife, Deb, both grew up in the Chicago area. Near the end of 2007, they
relocated to Concord, North Carolina, from Decatur, Alabama, where they had resided
for 17 years. They have two adult children, and they are the proud grandparents of a
4-year-old grandson and a baby granddaughter. When Jim is not helping his clients,
you may find him relaxing with Deb, working in the yard, or reading nonfiction, mostly
conservative writers and history. He also has a passion for genealogy and has traced
some branches of his family tree back to the 1600s.
To provide his clients the level of service he believes they expect and deserve, Jim
only takes on a limited number of new clients each year who are committed to
achieving lifetime financial security.
