Biography

National leading property management expert Jack
Hanson, LCAM, is the President and CEO of The
Melrose Management Partnership based in Orlando,
Florida, providing professional management services
to multiple Home Owner Associations throughout the
state of Florida, representing literally thousands of residents. A graduate
of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration, he also holds an MBA from the University of Florida as well
as the designation of Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM)
from the state of Florida.
Having worked in land development for over ten years, Jack began The
Melrose Management Group in 1997 after recognizing the need for startto-
finish, competent and intuitive management of single and multi-family
communities under the control of the developer and builder. He then
expanded his company to also include resident-controlled communities
for both homeowners associations as well as condominium associations,
creating a loyal following of leading Florida communities. In 2007, under

Florida.” Over the past 17 years he has managed over 200,000 dwellings in
500 communities and 1,250 associations statewide ranging from small to
