Biography
Hilary J. Sandoval III just months out of high school promoted his first professional kickboxing event at the age of 18, along with his brother and business partner Tony Sandoval, age 12.
Special guest at his events have included Chuck Norris, martial
arts film stars Ernie Reyes Jr. and Cynthia Rothrock, the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, Randall “Tex” Cobb, and Rudy Ruettiger the subject of the hit movie “Rudy.”
In 1980 he promoter the first nationally televised World Kickboxing Championship in the state of Texas. With El Paso, Texas as his home base he also co-promoted events in Phoenix, Arizona, Dallas, Midland, and Houston, Texas. He personally worked with or promoted 21 world champions. Along with Strike Force founder Scott Coker and several other prominent promoters he was one of the original founders of the ISKA (International Sport Karate Association). He opened his first martial arts academy in 1988.
