Henry Benito is a real estate broker and REO default professional

He opened his boutique real estate firm in 2001 to specialize in
distressed assets exclusively. He’s sought after as a consultant
on outsourcing administrative work overseas and setting up REO
teams to operate efficiently. He’s also in the top five in closed sales of all REO brokers/
agents in the Miami-Dade market. Henry has various REO certifications, is a certified
Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association,
and is a certified veteran and minority-owned business.
