Hanna Hasl-Kelchner, Esq. also known as The No-Nonsense
Lawyer™, has been called a “lawyer you can love”
by a Chicken Soup for the Soul co-author. She has worked
for large corporations; but she has also had a front row
seat to The American Dream, watching her parents build a
successful small business from scratch. Her systems and unique insights help
businesses achieve more independence and security in managing their legal
risk. She keeps it real by making the connection between law and business
clear, simple, and practical.
She has been seen on MSNBC and FoxNews, quoted in Fortune Small Business,

Hanna earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University, her MBA degree
from Cornell University, and her law degree from the Rutgers University
School of Law – Camden, where she won awards for her advocacy skills.

Virginia, Darden School of Business.
