Biography

Greg Herlean is a tenaciously self-determined businessman. His
accomplishments in the financial industry are the result of his
commitment to clearly defined goals, hard work, and his unstoppable
determination. Greg is a man who defines his goals and
then surpasses them.
Greg has spent the last 10 years focused on the growth opportunities and wealth
accumulation through Real Estate vehicles. His aptitude for business has afforded
him the opportunity to provide management direction, capital restructuring, investment
research analysis, business projection analysis, and capital acquisition services
which governed and impacted over $500 million in Real Estate transactions. His
business acumen is complemented by his ability to cultivate and grow long lasting
relationships. Greg prides himself on being a man of his word and in always holding
himself to the highest delivery standards. This ethos allowed him to assemble a broad
network of investment resources, brokers, and lending institutions worldwide who

His ability to bring about sustainable business growth was acutely illustrated when
he co-founded and built his first Nevada trust custodial company in 2007. Through
his efforts, the company went from inception to holding over $95 million in just over
24 months. The success was no accident. Mr. Herlean’s financial expertise and insightful
business design methodology coupled with his keen marketing strategies
and grounded operational management conventions, to form the foundation for the
company’s success.
Today, Greg serves as the CEO of Horizon Trust Company, a New Mexico-based custodial
company, where he is leading his latest team. At Horizon Trust, his experience
and in-depth knowledge of the SDIRA industry market dynamics are frequently leveraged
and employed. The vista for Horizon Trust is a bright one. There is no doubt that

Greg is also a much sought-after platform speaker on the topics of capital development,

This University of Phoenix graduate (B.S. Business Administration) is an active member
