Ginger Bell

Biography

Ginger Bell is the networking queen! She is an experienced trainer,
course developer, business owner, software developer and chief
executive officer of Go2Training Consultants. Ginger has consulted
for many companies, including Dale Carnegie Training, Mentor
Graphics, IBM, Nike, Mortgage Success Source, The Todd Duncan
Group, the State of Oregon Mortgage Lending Education Board, Plaza Home Mortgage
and OnlineEd. She has more than 25 years of experience leading workshops
in public speaking, leadership, customer service, sales and mortgage and regulatory
compliance. She specializes in working with industry professionals to develop, write
and obtain state and national approval for continuing education courses and has developed
software for organizations to track and manage their training and education
requirements. Her focus is always leveraging her expertise with others to develop
strong networks focused on growth.
Ginger has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate, mortgage and banking
industry. She is an approved course developer and instructor for the National
Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and National Association of Mortgage Brokers
(NAMB) and serves on the Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals Board of
Directors. In 2011 Ginger was awarded the “Professional Woman of the Year” award
by the National Association of Professional Women for her commitment to training
and education.
In addition to Go2Training Consultants, Ginger is a principal of Go2Comply and managing
partner for Rehab Loan Network. Go2Comply is a compliance training and consulting
firm offering the tools, training and compliance advice necessary in today’s
regulatory environment. Rehab Loan Network is dedicated to education and resources
for renovation loans made available to borrowers wishing to take advantage of
today’s short sales and foreclosures market.
Ginger specializes in building networks with trainers and subject-matter experts for
the development and implementation of sales, compliance and operation training
programs.
