Biography

Frank La Placa is the Executive Director of Business Network International’s North East Kansas Region. BNI is the world’s largest business networking and marketing organization. He is also a sought-after speaker and sales trainer. His workshop on “How To Take Your Business To The Next Level” is delivered in an interactive style incorporating humor and promoting activities that businesses and sales people should do to be successful.
His past activities include:
• Managing partner of a financial consulting firm.
• Served on the Board of Directors of one of the country’s top financial
services organization.
• President of a local Chamber of Commerce and President of Friends of
the Library.
• Frank was one of fifteen master instructors nationwide chosen to train and educate members in the financial services industry regarding planning and meeting their clients needs.
His interests are diverse. He is an amateur magician and musician. He plays the guitar, saxophone and drums. He collects magic books and 45 rpm records from the 50’s & 60’s.
Frank is veteran of the United States Navy. He lives in Kansas with his wife Catherine. They are extremely proud of their two children, Tamara and Michael, and of their grandchildren, Wyatt and Easton, who they know will make a difference in this world someday.
