Real Estate in the representation of their clientele. The team sold
a home every two days in 2011, netting their sellers a staggering
3.7 percent more than other agents in the same markets.
Atlanta-based Emmett Carr spent 13 years as a marketing and
sales executive in the technology sector, servicing companies including Microsoft,
Dell and Apple Computer. This experience working with a discerning Fortune 50 clientele
prepared him well for the demands of the luxury real estate field. Today, he’s a
member of Fine Homes International at Prudential Georgia and Previews International
in Denver. Since 2005, he has been certified as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing
Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist and a Million Dollar Guild Member. Emmett
is a member of the National Association of Expert Advisors and has been certified
by both Prudential Fine Homes and Coldwell Banker Previews for exemplary performance
in both the Denver and Atlanta markets. He has received numerous accolades
and awards, including Regional Rookie of the Year honors, Triple and Double Gold
Circle Performance Awards as well as International Diamond Society Performance
Award for the last three years, a designation for outstanding performance in the
representation of his clientele.
In his spare time, he volunteers with various charitable organizations and religious
groups and serves as board member for the Chauncey Davis Foundation, focusing on
early education to combat diabetes.
Denver-based Jason Peck is a customer service specialist—a skill he honed working
in the restaurant industry. Today, he and his team are committed to providing a unique
real estate experience that places the customer’s best interest and goals first and
foremost. Jason has served on the board of directors for the Denver Metro Association
of Realtors since 2010 and is also a member of CAR, NAR, NAHREP and the NAEA.
He has been certified as a Previews Marketing Specialist and certified Real Estate Expert
Advisor with the National Association of Real Estate Experts; he and his team are
certified by Coldwell Banker Previews and Prudential Fine Homes. He has also been
nationally recognized and won numerous local and national awards as a managing
broker for Coldwell Banker.
Beyond real estate, Jason is a philanthropist and dedicates his time to volunteering
with various charitable organizations to give back to the community he calls home.
