One of the most sought-after and dynamic speakers and leaders in the world, Eli Dafesh’s story of immigrant-to-entrepreneur inspires everyone he meets. Eli went from over $100,000 in credit card
debt to developing over a billion dollars sales volume, and has helped hundreds of people reach six- and seven-figure incomes.
He rose to the top of the ultra-competitive California salon world, becoming one of the top platform artists, trainers and artistic directors in the world, alongside the likes of Paul Mitchell, Horst Rechelbacher (founder of Aveda), Farouk Shami (The Billionaire Hairdresser) and others. His three full-service salons were some of the most sought after destinations for the stars, and he appeared on shows such as Good Morning America.
In 1995, in the midst of a crisis in his own life, Eli was introduced to the world of Network marketing and gave up the salon world to serve others and help people develop financial independence, health and prosperity, and the importance of a grateful heart.
He is a leadership and business development expert, author, speaker and Entrepreneur who has inspired thousands of people around the world, and has developed multiple teams totaling over 500,000 leaders and partners. He has been the guest on many radio talk shows, TV shows and has spoken at numerous national and international conferences, sharing the stage with legends such as: Grant Cardone, the great Art Linkletter, Bob Proctor, Tom Hopkins, Mark Victor Hansen, Kevin Harrington, Les Brown, Paul Zane Pilzer, Dolvett Quince (from the Biggest Loser), Cynthia Kersey, and more…
Besides his family, his greatest love and passion is in paying it forward, and helping others. He was the founding partner of a Nasdaq-traded company, and was also co- founder of a coaching and training company, whose syllabus, “The System,” has proven to be an invaluable tool for helping entrepreneurs and folks in the network marketing industry find hope, dream again and ultimately reach their goals and potential.
One of his proudest moments was being selected by Eric Worre, along with his wife Jillina, as two of the six members of the “Legends” panel at the 2014 Go Pro Recruiting Mastery event in Las Vegas as one of the top income earners in the network marketing industry world-wide.
He and his wife Jillina were introduced to Enagic in 2006, a top health and wellness company, founded in Japan, that has spread to more than 130 countries world-wide.
They have since dedicated their lives to helping people discover and master “Jiyuu,” (To Be Free), and spreading awareness of TBI – Traumatic Brain Injury.
He lives in California with his wife and business partner, Jillina. They have four children and three grandchildren.
