Biography

Dr. Antonio (Tony) Cigno has been practicing dentistry for 25 years. Since the age of five, he knew he wanted to be a dentist when he saw how happy his father, also a dentist, was able to make his patients. To this day, Dr. Cigno prides himself on his philosophy of patient-centered care.
Dr. Cigno received a DMD from the Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Cigno is also finishing a Fellowship and Mastership at the Academy of General Dentistry and has written several published articles. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Functional Orthodontics, and the International Association of Orthodontics.
Dr. Cigno works at one of the most technologically-advanced dental facilities in the state, offering not only intraoral but digital and 3-D imaging, providing you with the safest most accurate diagnostic tools available today.
Dr. Cigno was Wisconsin’s very first and Premiere Provider of Fastbraces.
Committed to continuing education, Dr. Cigno has completed over 600 hours of additional courses in implant dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, periodontics, fixed prosthodontics, myofascial pain/occlusion and operative dentistry. He also has another 400 hours in interpersonal communication training.
In his free time, Dr. Cigno enjoys designing and building guitars, writing and performing music, spending time with his wife and daughter, and participating in outdoor activities such as snow skiing, triathlons and cycling.
