A native Houstonian, Doug Eastland has lived in Central Texas and called Waco home for the past 32 years. After a successful career as the owner of a sales and manufacturing company, Doug redirected his sales talents toward real estate 16 years ago. It wasn’t long before Doug was at the top of his brokerage, where he earned top producing agent status for many years. During that time, Doug received a number of awards, including Realtor of the Year from his local board. He was the first agent in his area to implement the team concept in real estate, The Eastland Group.

Because of his proven track record and knack for growing businesses, a national Title Insurance Company recruited Doug to be their new Division President. Within the year, that firm grew to a solid #1 in market share, where it stayed during his entire term as President. Knowing he would someday return to real estate, Doug saw an opportunity. Teaming with a past Eastland Group member, the two were awarded a national real estate franchise for the Waco area, and then expanded into several surrounding markets.

Doug’s passion and talent for helping other agents grow their business is the driving force behind his latest venture, Eastland Systems. This newly launched real estate coaching and consulting company has Doug traveling around the country sharing his views on selling homes and assisting buyers. His no nonsense approach to mastering the basics of real estate is drawing rave reviews from agents who attend his seminars.
