Chris Goff resides in Houston, TX and is a husband and father of three. Chris grew up in Northern VA where he started his real estate investing career.

Chris Goff started Real Estate Investing in 1999. Chris didn’t have any money to work with, so he was interested in learning ‘no money down’ strategies. He absorbed any and every bit of information he could find on the subject, and started on his first deal. Chris was lucky enough to break even on the deal, and quickly learned that not all information is good information.

Chris continued, learning as he went from his mistakes, and began to see some pretty amazing results. Chris took what he learned from others and combined it with what he had learned by trial and error, to develop a system for investing that would produce as much income as possible, without many of the pitfalls that can be found in RE Investing. In his first 20 months, Chris Goff did 46 deals with NO money down. It didn’t take long for those around him to figure out that Chris was onto something good, and they began to ask him how he was doing it. Chris explained his system to one person; one led to two, two led to four, four led to 40, and working for Donald Trump, writing books, programs, and teaching materials for his Real Estate Education company. Chris learned a valuable lesson while with Trump. Anyone can DO Real Estate, many can SPEAK about it, but not everyone can TEACH it to others. In this, Chris Goff has a genuine gift.

During his time with Donald Trump Education Companies, Chris mentored hundreds of budding Real Estate Investors. The impressive level of success that his students were able to achieve, and the perfect satisfaction ratings that Chris received, led to an invitation to head up Trump’s in-field training program, training the other mentors in his unique teaching style and writing the Apprenticeship Program, Fast Track to Foreclosures, Real Estate Blueprint, In-field Training Program, and the Quick- Start Program. In two years, Chris helped develop over 70 Real Estate Investment companies, as well.

In January 2012, Chris was nominated as one of the Top 30 Entrepreneurs in America. Chris is also a Best-Selling Author and was a featured guest expert on the Brian Tracy
Show that aired on ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX affiliates across the country.
